All customer data is housed in Canada by default. We typically store data in two or more data centres nearest the client or as specifically requested by the client. We have the ability to spin up local hosts in different rate centres to optimize performance and meet data residency requirements.

• Additional Hosting Options: We are a reseller for an infrastructure provider (unnamed here for confidentiality). Through them, we can provide address space over BGP in various locations around the world, with a minimum monthly commitment of $550 for a 10 Gbps connection at 5 TB/month. This can be used for NFS or VPN solutions.
• Local Internet Exchanges (IX): We can connect to local Internet Exchanges if a client requires very high-capacity links for major cost savings compared to using traditional transit internet services.
• Client-Specific Requests: If a client requires data to be stored in a specific geographic location or under particular regulations, we will endeavor to accommodate those requests, subject to availability and additional costs.
